Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and projects within the assigned department.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs, initiatives, or events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Adhere to the organization's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled as a student at the University of Johannesburg or a recent graduate.
  • Pursuing or completed a relevant degree or diploma in the respective field.
  • Strong academic record and passion for the chosen field of study.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
