Responsibilities
- Engage in on-the-job training and mentorship under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Contribute actively to projects within various departments, including but not limited to production, research and development, quality assurance, environmental health and safety, and marketing.
- Assist in conducting research, collecting data, and analyzing information to support ongoing initiatives and business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skill development.
- Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to different facets of the titanium dioxide production process.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong academic record with a passion for learning and a desire to gain practical experience in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to solve problems and think critically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn specialized software relevant to the role.
