Responsibilities

Engage in on-the-job training and mentorship under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Contribute actively to projects within various departments, including but not limited to production, research and development, quality assurance, environmental health and safety, and marketing.
Assist in conducting research, collecting data, and analyzing information to support ongoing initiatives and business objectives.
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skill development.
Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to different facets of the titanium dioxide production process.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong academic record with a passion for learning and a desire to gain practical experience in the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with the capacity to solve problems and think critically.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn specialized software relevant to the role.
Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
