Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured training programmes in accordance with SAAF standards and curriculum requirements.
Instruct trainees in various areas including aviation fundamentals, military tactics, physical fitness, weapons handling, and leadership development.
Conduct practical demonstrations, simulations, and exercises to reinforce learning objectives and enhance trainee proficiency.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees to facilitate their professional growth and development.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and military leadership to continuously improve training methodologies and curriculum content.
Uphold and enforce discipline, safety protocols, and adherence to military regulations among trainees.

Qualifications

Previous military experience in the South African Air Force or equivalent armed forces branch.
Demonstrated proficiency in aviation, military tactics, and related subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Physical fitness and ability to participate in training activities alongside trainees.
Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required.
Teaching or instructional experience is an advantage.
