Responsibilities
  • Assist and support senior team members in daily tasks and projects related to the assigned department.
  • Learn and apply industry-specific knowledge to contribute effectively to departmental objectives.

  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and acquire industry-relevant knowledge.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (or recently graduated) in fields such as agriculture, business, finance, marketing, IT, or related disciplines.
  • Strong passion for the agricultural industry and a genuine interest in building a career in this field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and build positive relationships.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Valid driver's license (for certain positions) and willingness to travel as needed.
