  • Support and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the assigned department.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of social programs and initiatives.
  • Provide support in data analysis, reporting, and documentation of relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to SASSA's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement and innovation within the department.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Have completed a relevant qualification (e.g., degree or diploma) in a field related to the internship opportunity.
  • Be unemployed and have no prior work experience in the field of application.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in social development and a desire to contribute to the well-being of vulnerable communities.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
