We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learnerships Coordinator to join our team at Ellahi Consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of our learnership programs.   • Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learnership programs tailored to industry needs and standards.
  • Coordination and Management: Manage all aspects of learnership programs, including scheduling, participant enrollment, facilitator coordination, and logistical arrangements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to enhance program quality and relevance.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in educational or training settings.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies, curriculum development, and adult education principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and learning management systems.
