  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Youth Development, Sports Management, Arts Administration, Cultural Studies, or related disciplines. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (X years) in youth engagement, program management, or related roles within the sports, arts, or cultural sectors.
  • Strong understanding of youth development principles, community engagement, and program design.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, initiative, and a passion for empowering young individuals.
  • Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and trends in youth development and engagement.
