Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, preferably within youth development or employment sectors.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of youth employment trends, challenges, and best practices.
