Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Participate in activities related to employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to the planning and coordination of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and development.
  • HR Administration: Assist with HR documentation, record-keeping, and data management tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to support the HR team in maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
  • Project Support: Contribute to various HR projects as needed, gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
